NIPM Hosur Chapter, in collaboration with XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, conducted a two-day professional workshop at Anand Grand Palace, Hosur.
The programme was led by Prof. Santanu Sarkar, Professor of Labor Relations and HRM at XLRI, and focused on strengthening the practical understanding of Employee Relations, labour laws, grievance handling, dispute management, collective bargaining and Industrial Relations.
The workshop gave HR and IR professionals valuable perspectives on managing employee expectations, building harmonious workplace relationships, and balancing employee interests with business priorities.
This initiative reflected the Chapter’s continued commitment to high-quality professional learning, industry-relevant knowledge and capability development for the HR & IR community.
