Membership is open to anyone working in or studying human resource management, industrial relations, personnel administration, labour welfare or organisational development — HR executives and managers, IR and legal practitioners, plant and business heads with people responsibility, consultants, academicians and students.
NIPM offers several categories including Life, Ordinary, Institutional and Student membership. The Membership page sets out each category, and the Hosur Chapter team will help you pick the right one.
Every programme on the Events page carries its own registration details. For the flagship IR Conference 2026, delegate and sponsorship registration runs through that page.

Yes. Student development is one of the Chapter's core activities. Students of MBA, MSW, MHRM and allied programmes can take NIPM student membership and attend chapter seminars, industrial visits and industry–academia sessions at student rates.
Institutions can also partner with the Chapter for campus programmes. Write to admin@nipmhosur.in from your college address with the department and the number of students.
Participation certificates are issued for chapter seminars, workshops and training programmes to delegates who attend and are marked present in the attendance record.
Certificates are emailed to the address used at registration, usually within two weeks of the programme. If yours has not arrived, email admin@nipmhosur.in with the programme name, date and the name to appear on the certificate, and a copy will be reissued.
Organisations join through NIPM institutional membership, which covers nominated representatives from your HR, IR and administration functions rather than a single individual.
Institutional members get member rates for every nominee at chapter programmes, the option to host sessions and industrial visits at their plant, and visibility across the Hosur network. Write to admin@nipmhosur.in on your company letterhead with the nominee list, and see Contribute for the payment channel.
