NIPM HOSUR CHAPTER
Welcome to the National Institute of Personnel Management – Hosur Chapter, one of the active regional chapters under the umbrella of NIPM India, the only all-India body of professionals engaged in the fields of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, and Training & Development.
Established to cater to the fast-growing industrial region of Hosur, our chapter is committed to nurturing HR professionals, fostering people management excellence, and strengthening the local business ecosystem through learning, collaboration, and ethical leadership.
As one of the 56+ chapters across the country, NIPM Hosur Chapter functions in close alignment with the national body headquartered in Kolkata. We carry forward the legacy of NIPM, which was formed in 1980 through the historic merger of the Indian Institute of Personnel Management (IIPM, est. 1948) and the National Institute of Labour Management (NILM, est. 1950).
With a focus on regional relevance and national values, our chapter serves as a platform for HR professionals, academicians, industry leaders, and young talent to come together for continuous learning, networking, and impactful people development.
